When you book, we deliver boxes with unique QR-coded stickers to your dorm. Each box gets its own QR code. Scan it anytime to see your box's status, update your fall delivery address, or contact us. Your boxes go directly back to YOU in August — nothing gets lost.

Every booking includes basic item protection. Each box is tracked individually with its own QR code, so nothing gets mixed up or lost. If something is damaged in our care, we'll make it right. For high-value items, we offer additional coverage options.

Your boxes are stored in a climate-controlled, secured facility in Athens. Each box is individually tracked via QR code so you always know where your stuff is. You'll also get SMS updates throughout the summer.

Yes! Early retrieval is available with 48 hours notice. Just text us or scan your QR code to request early delivery. A small early-retrieval fee may apply.

Clothes, shoes, books, electronics, decorations, bedding — whatever fits in a medium box. We can't store perishable food, hazardous materials, flammable items, firearms, live animals, or illegal items. For larger items like mini-fridges or furniture, contact us for a custom quote.

The $50 deposit is non-refundable and reserves your spot, triggering delivery of your boxes and supplies. It counts toward your total — so when you pay the remaining balance (due 2 weeks before your pickup date), the deposit is already applied. For example, if your total is $299, you'll owe $249 at that point. The deposit is non-refundable because we've already purchased and delivered your boxes and supplies.

Yes! We deliver medium moving boxes (18" x 18" x 16"), packing tape, and personal QR-coded tracking stickers directly to your dorm after you book. Everything you need to pack is included — no trips to the store.

We serve every campus residence hall — Russell, Brumby, ECV, Myers, Reed, Creswell, Hill Community, and more. We also pick up from off-campus apartments in the Athens area.

We offer two plans: Medium (3 boxes, 18" x 18" x 16") for $299 and Large (3 boxes, 24" x 18" x 18") for $399. Additional boxes are $30 (medium) or $50 (large) each. Both plans include boxes, tape, QR tracking stickers, pickup, 3 months of climate-controlled storage, and delivery in August. Plans are flat-rate; a 5% card processing fee applies to your balance and is always shown before you pay.

Absolutely. Just scan any of your QR codes and update your fall address anytime before August 1st for free. Changes after August 1st are subject to a $50 update fee. All deliveries must be within the Athens, GA area.
