Who is this for?+
Parents (and incoming UGA freshmen) who are already buying summer essentials online — bedding, dorm decor, mini items — and need a place to send them before UGA residence halls start accepting packages on Aug 14.
What if my packages don't fit in one box?+
If your packages overflow our standard 24×18×18 box, we'll text you with two options: (1) start a second Drop & Hold box for an additional fee, or (2) upgrade to Ship & Store ($249 sale / $299 regular) which gives you up to 6 full boxes plus oversized-item capacity. You pick — no surprise charges.
What's the deadline for packages to arrive?+
Inbound packages must arrive at our Athens facility by August 10 — that gives us four days to consolidate, load, and deliver on Aug 14. Anything arriving after Aug 10 may not make the move-in delivery; we'll text you to coordinate.
What if a package is over 30 lbs or oversized?+
Each individual inbound package needs to be under 30 lbs and fit inside a standard large box (24×18×18). If you're shipping something heavier or larger — a mini-fridge, desk piece, monitor — that needs our Ship & Store plan (which accepts oversized items for a $50 surcharge per oversized box). Just upgrade at booking.
What does the photo confirmation look like?+
Every package gets a quick intake photo sent to you via text or email when it lands — proof of receipt + visible condition. You'll know exactly what arrived and when.
Is there a limit on how many packages I can send?+
There's no fixed count — the only limit is what fits in one large box (24×18×18). Most parents send 4-8 small Amazon orders without filling it. If yours run over, we'll text you to start a second box for an additional fee, or upgrade you to Ship & Store. Always your call.
How does the Aug 14 delivery work?+
We coordinate with UGA Housing's move-in schedule. Your one consolidated box is dropped at your student's residence hall on Aug 14 (or whenever your move-in day is, if different — pick the date at booking).
