Pick a plan, get your bins
Book in 2 minutes. We text you within a day and drop off empty bins at your dorm — heavy-duty 27-gallon bins, black with a red snap lid.
Fill them on your schedule
Pack whatever's crowding your room. When you're ready, we swing by and collect the filled bins in a scheduled window.
Stored minutes from campus
Your bins live in the same climate-controlled Athens facility as our summer storage — QR-scanned in, QR-scanned out.

Give us 24 hours' notice and we bring it to your door — swap what you don't need back in, as often as you like. It's included in your plan.

Common questions
How fast do I get my bins?+
We text you within a day of booking to schedule your empty-bin drop-off — usually at your dorm within 2-3 days. Fill them at your own pace; we collect them whenever you're ready.
How do I get my stuff back?+
Scan the QR on any of your bins (or open your tracking page) and send a request — delivery, pickup, or a swap. Anything requested with 24 hours' notice is included in your plan, no per-trip charge, as often as you like. Need it faster? A 12-hour rush trip is $25. We confirm every visit by text.
What fits in one bin?+
Each bin is 27 gallons (30.6" x 20.6" x 14.3"). Realistically: 15-20 folded hoodies and sweaters, or 6-8 pairs of shoes plus a couple of coats, or a semester of textbooks with spare bedding on top. Keep each bin under 40 lbs so it stays carryable.
How do the locks work?+
Every lid has built-in lock holes. For $10 per bin (one-time) we padlock each bin at pickup and hand you the keys — your bins stay sealed in storage until they're back in your hands.
What can't I store?+
No food or perishables, liquids, hazardous or flammable materials, firearms, live anything, or illegal items. Laptops and irreplaceables should stay with you.
Can I add more bins later?+
Yes — extra bins are $45/semester each. Text us and we'll bring them with your next scheduled visit.
What happens in December?+
Before winter break we deliver everything back — or hold your bins through break for spring semester, your call. And in May, your Valet Closet rolls straight into our summer storage plans: same bins, same QR codes, one pickup.
Who owns the bins?+
We do — they're part of the plan, so there's nothing to buy or store empty. Keep them in your room between swaps as long as you like; we just ask for them back at the end of your last semester with us.
